Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Duration

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, apexcreatrix.com provides: ceramic coatings – 3 years; paint protection film (PPF) – 5 years from application. Valid only for the original purchaser and vehicle.

2. Coverage

We warrant our ceramic coatings and PPF against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Covered: peeling, cracking, blistering, excessive fading not caused by external factors.

3. Exclusions

Not covered: accidents, collisions, vandalism; improper maintenance (abrasive cleaners, brush car washes); harsh chemicals, road salts, environmental fallout; normal wear or pre-existing imperfections.

4. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty: wash every 2–4 weeks with pH-neutral products; avoid abrasive compounds and polishes; schedule an annual inspection with apexcreatrix.com.

5. Claim Process

Contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect at contact@apexcreatrix.com or +380 974 140 6267. Provide: proof of purchase, service agreement, photos of defect, maintenance records. We will assess and, at our discretion, repair or reapply the coating or film.

6. Legal Information

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023. Complaints: State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Personal data: Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010.
