Terms of Service

1. Service provider

This identification is published before orders are accepted, per Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015.

2. Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or copy content without permission.

3. Quotes and bookings

A submitted request is not a binding contract. A contract forms only when we confirm the booking in writing with scope, price and dates.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise. Before purchase you receive clear information on the service, total price and terms, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023. Payment is due as stated in the confirmation.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the service; later cancellations may be charged for costs already incurred. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Cookies and personal data

Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent. Other cookies and access to your terminal equipment require your prior informed consent under Article 124 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX dated 16 December 2020. Personal data is processed on a lawful basis, usually consent, with a privacy notice, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010.

7. Advertising

Promotions are clearly identifiable and not misleading, per the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 3 July 1996.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits your consumer rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law; disputes are heard by the competent courts of Ukraine. We may update them; the published version applies.
